Shipping Rates & Methods
The shipping rates for Europe have been increased temporarily due to Covid restrictions on road freights between the UK & Europe.

All orders shipped to the UK & EUROPE are inclusive of VAT.
Import duty will apply for international orders accordingly.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
Your orders will dispatch within 1- 3 days on average.
The transit estimate does not include weekends and holidays.
5+ day services are mostly via My Hermes International Courier or Landmark. Please allow 5 – 10 working days on average.
3+ day services are via DPD, UPS or Parcel Force. These normally take 3 working days, however on rare occasions it can take up to 5 days.
The estimate delivery times are only estimates provided by the Courier providers, transit delays are out of our control, so please allow plenty of time to avoid any disappointment. We cannot affect or be responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Tracking your order
For 5+ day or 10-14 day options, we don’t send tracking numbers, however if the parcel seems to be delayed for longer than the estimate, please contact us and we’ll provide your tracking number and enquire with the courier service for the status.
For 3+ days service, you’ll receive the tracking number in your email.
Note for Scandinavian Countries
We have an economic service to Denmark, Sweden and Finland (Europe Zone 5). This option will deliver your parcel to your nearest parcel shop (post office). Please note the parcel will not be delivered to your door. You’ll need to bring your ID and parcel number to collect the item.
You’ll receive an email from the courier company when the parcel is ready for collection. You must check this email and arrange for collecting the parcel. Any loss or return of the parcel due to non-collection will not be compensated.
Alternatively you can choose the 3 days courier service if you need the parcel to be delivered to your door.
